The Sul-Celion -Color-

I actually colored it!!! And finished!!

So, my modernish short-haired Sul-Celion is glowing here. this wasn't apparent with the line art but this is almost a scene from a RP that is still ongoing.

More effort into my hopefully improving digital painting ability. as to whether it is actually improving, that's up to you.

I really like the background on this one (yes, it's painted, it's not a filtered photo), I might use it again on another picture...at the very least, this is going to be my desktop background for a while.
